Documents we will ask you for
Scanned copies are enough to begin. We will tell you which of these need notarisation, and which need legalisation if they originate outside Nepal, before you spend money on either.
- Certificate of incorporation and current memorandum and articles
- Audited financial statements for the year, or the trial balance if the audit is still in progress
- Details of any change in shareholding, directors or registered office during the year
- Previous year filings, if you have them

Usually, yes. Missing years are reconstructed and filed in sequence, with the penalties that have accrued. It is more work than staying current, but it is far better than the alternative, which is discovering the problem during a bank application or a sale.
Yes, and it is generally the best arrangement. The accountant produces the numbers, we handle the statutory filings and the corporate record. The two jobs are different and the responsibility for the filing sits with the company.
It depends on the size of the company, the number of shareholders and how much movement there is during the year. We quote annually rather than per filing so the cost is predictable.
